WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

Our delivery dates at the moment are on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9am to 5pm. If you have any preferred time you can leave us a note in the instruction note box when you make your order and we will do our best to meet your demands.

However, we have a COMMUNITY REFILLS option to book Pablo our van to visit your home or community, where we have a larger suburb visit range.

Just book a time and date that suits you and your neighbours and we'll be there (no cards required to book).

DO YOU HAVE A PHYSICAL SHOP?

No, but we do have a few spots where we like to park during the week. To learn more on our usual spots please check our Market Refills and Other Spots page or follow up on social media.

DO YOU OFFER PLASTIC-FREE PACKAGING?

Absolutely! This is what we are all about, offering you with plastic-free alternatives to your usual plastic packaged products. We try to avoid overall packaging items where possible, however when not possible the packaging will always be sustainable.

All of our liquids are packed in our glass bottles that we encourage you to return once you have finished your goods. You can place them at your doorstep on your next delivery and we will provide you with a Credit Coupon for every glass bottle returned.

CAN I ENQUIRY A REFUND FOR RETURNING CONTAINERS?

Once you order with us again, you can send us a note in your order comments saying that you will be returning but instead of a credit coupon you prefer a refund, we will then organise this for you. If you don't want to order again, you can just email us at: hello@precyclepantry.com.au and we can organise the van to pick up your returnables and provide you the refund.

WHAT DOES A CIRCULAR ECONOMY MEANS AND HOW CAN I PARTICIPATE?

A circular economy aims at eliminating waste, the continual use of resources and the regeneration of our natural systems. By ordering Precycle Pantry products you will be replacing your usual plastic packaged products for zero waste products. If you order products that came in glass bottles, we encourage you to return the empty bottles on your next order. We will then be cleaning them throughly and reusing them for our next orders. Voilà! Welcome to our local circular economy system!

 

CAN I BOOK A COMMUNITY REFILLS VISIT IF MY SUBURB IS NOT LISTED IN YOUR DELIVERY LIST?

We do have a larger suburb area that we operate for Community Refills, but make sure to check our suburb range map to make sure we operate in your area before you book us in.

ARE YOU LOOKING TO EXPAND TO OTHER SUBURBS SOON?

We would love nothing more than to bring Precycle Pantry to as many neighbourhoods as possible.
