You are able to claim for a refund within 48 hours of receiving your order if you have received a damaged product or incorrect item.

A photo must be provided for the damaged items and proof of purchase. We will always aim to refund the amount of the product or replace it in your next order but we can't guarantee that we will, as we require to assess the request with a photo and at the right time.
